We Are Legal Revolution, a national civil litigation firm, seeks a focused workers’ compensation defense attorney in Florida. You will defend claims for carriers, self-insureds, and employers, and manage cases from investigation through hearings, mediations, and appeals.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2–6+ years of workers’ compensation defense or strong related litigation experience.
• Solid organizational, writing, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers’ compensation claims on behalf of carriers, self-insureds, and employers.
• Manage cases from investigation through hearings, mediations, and appeals.
• Handle discovery, medical evaluations, depositions, and motion practice.
• Advise clients on claims strategy, exposure, and resolution.
• Coordinate with colleagues across practice groups when matters intersect with other liability issues.
