Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate to join our nationally recognized civil litigation defense team. The role offers award-winning training and extensive trial exposure, with a lucrative bonus structure and a clear pathway to partnership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of workers’ compensation experience preferred (but not essential)
• Strong analytical and litigation skills helpful

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defence‑side workers’ compensation matters
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, research, and drafting pleadings
• Attend hearings and appeals board proceedings
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case management skills
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, strategic advice
