DM Injury Law is seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Associate to join their Kansas City office. In this role, you will handle all aspects of representing clients in their workers' compensation matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while providing direction to non-attorney staff. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $115,000 to $170,000, plus bonuses.

Full‑time (Missouri Bar required) – no billable hours – Total compensation $115,000–$170,000 plus uncapped origination bonus. Uncapped origination bonus pays one‑third of the firm's fee on every case brought in. Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you – there is no cap.
