The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in attorney development or related fields, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for advancing legal talent through strategic initiatives and AI-enabled learning tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in attorney development or legal talent management within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of attorney career development and adult learning principles.
• Excellent relationship building and ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leaders to identify attorney development needs and implement targeted training and career development programs.
• Design and manage curricula focused on substantive legal training and professional skills development.
• Develop innovative learning initiatives, including experiential learning and tech-enabled training solutions.
• Support mentoring, sponsorship, coaching, and career development programs for attorneys at various levels.
• Advise attorneys on professional development, performance management, and career progression.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics; drive continuous improvement.
