A leading insurance company seeks a Senior Consultant I (3L Law Clerk) in Orlando. This role is ideal for 3L Law students awaiting bar results, involving drafting documents, supporting litigation efforts, and gaining hands-on legal experience under attorney supervision.

Allstate Insurance Company is seeking a current 3L Law student to join the Client Litigation Services (CLS) Department as a Senior Consultant I (3L Law Clerk). CLS represents policyholders in claims-related litigation and disputes nationwide, and defends the company in low to moderate exposure bodily injury and property damage lawsuits.
While awaiting bar exam results and admission to the bar, under the supervision of an admitted attorney, the Senior Consultant I will prepare pleadings and motions, conduct discovery, review documents, interview clients, prepare trial materials, and analyze research.
The position begins in early to mid-August while awaiting bar exam results.

Annual salary ranges from $62,800 to $114,175, depending on experience and qualifications.
The selected candidate will undergo a background check. Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas for this role.
