We Are Legal Revolution, a national AmLaw 100 platform, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to handle defense-side matters in a 100% remote role from Washington. You will work on sophisticated commercial disputes, including breach of contract and business torts, with major national clients.

Work closely with trial teams, develop litigation strategy, and manage depositions and discovery while benefiting from a full benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• Active Washington Bar admission.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong commercial litigation background including civil disputes.
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The Role:

You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing written discovery and document-heavy disputes
• Working directly with clients, opposing counsel and internal litigation teams
• Supporting trial preparation, hearings, mediations and complex case strategy

Compensation

• Up to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.

Must-Haves
