Job summary

Jobtailor in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Operational Relationship Owner to lead high-volume personal injury law firm accounts. You will be the primary contact for Integrated Clients, driving service quality, monitoring performance, and coordinating across internal teams to align with expectations.

The role requires a solid legal background (JD or paralegal) and 5+ years in PI law, lien resolution, or healthcare subrogation, with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Paralegal Certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law, healthcare subrogation, lien resolution, or a related field.
• Proven success managing attorney and client relationships.
• Strong legal background preferred, ideally as a paralegal or attorney with exposure to PI, lien resolution, or subrogation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM platforms, workflow tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfort learning new technologies (including AI).
