Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia seeks an Attorney Recruiting Specialist to coordinate law student and lateral hiring within a hybrid work arrangement. You will report to the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting and work with Hiring Partners on interviews and the Summer Program.
The role requires 5+ years in attorney recruiting, strong communication, and proficiency with recruiting software; flexibility for evenings and weekends may be needed.

Job Overview
The Attorney Recruiting Specialist is an integral part our firm-wide recruiting program, including Summer Associate recruiting as well as lateral hiring.
This role is a hybrid working arrangement. Potential candidates must live within commuting distance of our Philadelphia office to be onsite 3 days per week. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting.
