Stoel Rives LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the full-cycle lateral associate recruiting process in either Portland or Seattle. You will assist with candidate sourcing, application tracking, interview scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding logistics, reporting to the Attorney Recruiting Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR or legal recruiting experience preferred.
• 2–5 years recruiting, HR, or professional services administration; law firm experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Workday or ATS systems is a plus.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruiting Manager and practice group leaders in executing hiring plans.
• Serve as primary contact for recruiting logistics and communications.
• Review and organize candidate materials and move candidates through the process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, materials, feedback collection, and records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with HR and administrative teams.
• Support partner recruiting by coordinating interviews and candidate materials.
• Maintain recruiting data, ATS reports, and documentation.
• Participate in recruiting projects and process improvements.
