Key Duties

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and other real estate transaction documents for a variety of asset classes.
Conduct due diligence, including review of title, surveys, zoning, and environmental reports; coordinate resolution of title and survey issues.
Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including preparation of closing documents, coordination with title companies, and resolution of closing conditions.
Review and negotiate loan documents for acquisition and refinancing transactions, including mortgages, loan agreements, and related collateral documents.
Advise clients on structuring real estate joint ventures and entity formation for development, investment, and ownership purposes.
