Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an attorney to spearhead foreclosure litigation on Long Island, NY. The role entails handling matters from initial review through resolution and contributing to strategic case plans for lenders and servicers.

The position offers up to $200,000 base salary with a performance-related bonus, reflecting the firm’s expansion and commitment to rewarding top performers in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Handle Foreclosure Litigation and Proceedings: Represent lenders, servicers, and other stakeholders in foreclosure matters, managing cases from initial review through resolution and contributing to effective case strategy.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze foreclosure statutes, case law, regulations, title issues, and applicable procedural requirements to support well-informed legal strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Draft and Manage Foreclosure Documents: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, notices, discovery materials, settlement documents, and other legal filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage Case and Client Matters: Coordinate foreclosure cases, monitor deadlines and procedural requirements, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and work to advance matters efficiently toward resolution.
