Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and related matters.
• Conduct case evaluations, gather and examine evidence, and provide legal advice to clients.
• Handle negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to advance case progress and maintain organized files.

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation preferred.
