Job summary

Net Zero Staffing seeks senior legal professionals as part of a distributed-law model. The ideal candidate has at least seven years’ experience and a demonstrated capacity to develop portable business with a Book of Business that travels across client matters.

Barriers to traditional billing are removed, with the ability to set billing rates and fee arrangements, and to earn equity-based recruiting bonuses as long as partners remain with the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience at AmLaw 100/200, Silver Circle, or Magic Circle firm, or strategic governmental agency.

The ideal candidate will:

• Develop a certain amount of portable business. Minimum requirement 400,000.
• Leverage time to earn substantial origination credit for all work performed for clients brought to the firm, even when another attorney completes the work.
• Set your own billing rates and fee arrangements.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly-qualified candidate or group of highly qualified candidates who possess:

• At least seven years’ experience.
• A material amount of experience gained in an AmLaw 100 or 200, Silver Circle, or Magic Circle law firm, sophisticated corporate department, or strategic governmental agency.
• The ability to demonstrate a clear capacity to develop portable business.
• Have a Book of Business that has portability
