You will handle high-stakes medical malpractice defense, conduct strategic legal research, draft and manage litigation documents, and contribute to client development.

I am currently working with a National firm based in Miami who are actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorney’s to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role

• Handle Medical Malpractice Claims: Defend leading hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims, gaining hands‑on experience with high‑stakes cases and sophisticated legal strategies.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well‑informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
