Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in law, preferably litigation.
• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of attorneys and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts for clients.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and serve clients' best interests.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand legal needs and provide solutions.
