Job summary

Kosmos is seeking an Attorney Manager in Austin to lead a team of attorneys and ensure top-tier legal service delivery. The role focuses on overseeing contract drafting, review, and negotiation to protect client interests.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctor, is licensed in Texas, and has 3+ years of law experience, preferably in litigation, with strong leadership and communication skills to guide the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in law, preferably in a litigation role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of attorneys and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts for clients.
