Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of California.
• 2–3 years of law firm experience in corporate or business law is preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle high work volume.

Responsibilities
