Qualifications

• Good Standing with the Florida Bar
• Personal injury experience required
• MS Office familiarity with training provided
• Case Management System experience preferred (FileVine)

Responsibilities

• Handle a litigation caseload of approximately 35–40 files with dedicated staff
• Focus on litigation and trial work; no pre-suit handling
• Advise and represent clients in auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault and related matters
• Collaborate with intake and support teams to move cases efficiently
• Maintain high standards of client service, communication, and organization
