Qualifications

• J.D. required.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases effectively and professionally.
• Family law experience preferred, but not required.
• Senior Associate opportunities available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, orders, and legal correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel and third parties.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files.
• Ensure all work product is completed accurately and timely.

Family law experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome applications from attorneys with litigation experience in other practice areas who are looking to build a rewarding career in family law.

Attorneys in this position will receive meaningful courtroom exposure and hands‑on responsibility rather than spending years limited to research and drafting.

This position is based in Austin, Texas and serves clients throughout Central Texas, including Travis County, Williamson County, Hays County, Bastrop County, Caldwell County, and the surrounding region.
