Chamberlain Hrdlicka in Atlanta seeks an Attorney Lateral Recruiting and Integration Manager to implement and administer the attorney recruiting and integration process for the Atlanta and Philadelphia offices. The role is based in our Atlanta office and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

You will lead lateral partner and associate recruiting, design onboarding, coordinate interviews and travel, and manage vendor relations to ensure a superior candidate experience and smooth integration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of attorney recruiting experience at law firms or recruiting agencies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like viRecruit, LawCruit, Flo Recruit is required.
• Prior experience using attorney search software like Leopard List, Firm Prospects, Pirical is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and discretion.
• Willingness to travel to other offices and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral partner and associate recruiting processes across offices.
• Collaborate with leadership to set hiring goals and strategy.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, and offer negotiations.
• Engage with search firms and manage vendor relationships.
• Design and administer onboarding and integration programs for lateral hires.
• Support firm-wide recruitment orientation and development.
