Job description

Whiteford is seeking an associate with 3-5 years' experience in handling various labor and employment matters including defense of EEOC claims, civil litigation in state and federal courts, general employment counseling. Additionally, should be familiar with employment discrimination matters, wage and hour disputes, unfair labor practice claims and immigration. The position is located in our Baltimore, Maryland office.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in Maryland and DC with preference given to candidates also admitted in Virginia.

The salary range is $170,000 - $185,000 commensurate with experience.
