We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense litigator for a fully remote role supporting a Nevada defense practice. The role emphasizes tort, products liability, and general defense work, with strong writing and research expectations and mentorship from a trial-proven attorney.

Active Texas Bar is required along with 2+ years in Insurance Defense or related tort work. Compensation includes up to $290k, full benefits, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL.
• Strong academics with excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

This is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

The Role

Compensation

• Up to $290k depending on experience

Must-Haves

• Active Texas Bar (mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)
• Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
