We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential Texas-based litigation practice, seeks an experienced insurance defense litigator to manage a busy Houston docket. The role offers substantive responsibility, frequent depositions and hearings, and a long-term growth path including partnership-track consideration.

This position provides remote work with a Houston base, a base salary of $160,000–$180,000, and a supportive team environment focused on mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Ideally 8 to 10+ years of insurance defense litigation experience; the team will consider candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: auto, trucking, product liability, or construction defect defense.
• Ability to manage litigation deadlines and move cases forward with appropriate independence.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party, fact witness, and expert depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, conferences, and related appearances.
• Support mediation and settlement strategy, including evaluation of liability and damages.
• Communicate with clients and carriers regarding case strategy, status, and risk exposure.
