Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Litigation Attorney to join a mid-size, multi-jurisdictional team in a fully remote capacity. The role offers up to $170,000 base pay with a performance-related bonus and exposure to diverse insurance defense matters across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction.

You will perform strategic legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and support case strategy while also engaging in client development to strengthen relationships.

The Role

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
