This is a high-impact opportunity offering up to $180K base plus bonus, with a flexible remote arrangement as part of a nationwide

Responsabilités

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to client development by engaging in networking and strengthening client relationships

The Role

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
