Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Insurance Coverage Attorney to handle opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, and bad-faith defenses for carriers in a regional civil-defense and coverage practice.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active PA bar, 4–8 years post-bar experience in coverage or complex insurance litigation, and the ability to work in a hybrid Philadelphia office; promotion to partner is available from within.

Insurance Coverage Attorney | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) – $200K

Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Practice: Insurance coverage. Opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, and bad-faith defense for carriers. Not a general-liability seat.

Our client is a regional civil-defense and coverage firm founded in 1977. More than 100 attorneys sit in 13 offices across the Mid-Atlantic, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington. Thirteen lawyers were named Super Lawyers in 2025. Coverage is a listed practice in the Philadelphia office, and the group has taken declaratory judgment actions to summary judgment. Associates are promoted to partner from inside.
