Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join a national firm expanding its coverage practice. The role emphasizes analysis and litigation on complex third-party disputes with a flexible remote option.

You will conduct advanced research of case law and policy language, draft pleadings and discovery, and help drive client relationships and business development to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex Third-Party Coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
