Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a national firm, is expanding its Insurance Defense practice and hiring attorneys to work remotely from Miami. You will manage complex litigation from inception through trial and draft pleadings and discovery with precision.

You will support client development and collaborate with industry leaders in a fully remote environment. Base salary is up to $180K per year, plus a performance bonus.

The Role

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
