Pitt County seeks an attorney to support civil and criminal matters. You must have knowledge of case, statutory, regulatory, and common law, and the ability to litigate, interpret statutes, analyze evidence, and present clear arguments.

A JD and NC license are required. Bilingual applicants encouraged. This full-time position in Greenville offers ethical practice, professional growth, and teamwork with a county legal team.

Formación

• Graduation from a recognized school of law.
• One year of professional legal experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license required.
• Bilinguals encouraged to apply.
• DD 214 is required from applicants claiming a military preference.

Responsabilidades

• Knowledge of case, statutory, regulatory, and common law.
• Ability to conduct civil or criminal litigation.
