Qualifications

• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability or insurance defense.

• Prepare witnesses and assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

A well-known litigation firm with multiple offices is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Liability Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of general liability matters and possess strong analytical, research, writing, and advocacy skills.
