Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University, Office of General Counsel, Penn State Health, is seeking a licensed attorney to provide legal counsel and representation on healthcare matters. You will research the law and draft, review, and negotiate contracts and notices for PSH and its affiliates.

Responsibilities include evaluating claims, assisting outside counsel, developing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• JD required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Attorney - Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners.
• No sponsorship for visas.

POSITION SPECIFICS

The Office of General Counsel, Penn State Health, provides legal counsel and representation to Penn State Health (PSH) and its affiliates on a broad array of healthcare related matters, with duties to include:

• Research the law and provide legal advice, consultation, and representation to PSH and its affiliates

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $150,204.00 - $232,776.00.
