Bonham Solutions, a growing estate planning law firm in Marietta, GA, seeks an experienced attorney to join its team. The attorney will focus on estate planning with some probate and elder law work, serving clients across a range of needs and sizes.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of estate planning experience, a J.D., and an active Georgia license, with a strong client-centric mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to a growing firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia license.
• Minimum 2 years of estate planning, elder law or probate experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze financial situations, family dynamics, and goals to design customized estate plans.
• Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset protection strategies.
• Guide families through the probate and estate administration processes with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist clients with long-term care planning, Medicaid asset protection, etc

A growing estate planning law firm in the Marietta, GA area is looking to add an experienced attorney. The firm prides itself on providing personalized comprehensive legal services and has created an excellent reputation in the region. The attorney will primarily focus on estate planning in a range of sizes, but the firm also does some probate and elder law work as well. The firm is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of estate planning experience to join the team and they are also open to senior candidates or lateral partners as well.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & License: J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing to practice law in Georgia.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of attorney experience specifically focused on estate planning, elder law or probate
