Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Hawaii State Bar.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of cases and issues.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support on complex legal matters.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the firm or its clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining case files and organizing documents.
