Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney to defend employer clients in a national practice. This fully remote role offers the chance to handle discrimination, wage-and-hour, and restrictive covenant matters, while advising HR teams and management.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of employer-side experience, exceptional writing and advocacy, and a track record in complex litigation or counseling. JD required; strong career progression preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' Labor & Employment experience including litigation and counseling.
• Strong employer-side experience across Employment Litigation matters.
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy and case management skills.
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term progression.
• Experience with class or collective actions, NLRB matters or executive employment agreements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Defend employers across a broad range of Labor & Employment disputes.
• Handle litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, Wage & Hour, and restrictive covenants.
• Advise management and HR professionals on day-to-day employment issues.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice and hearing preparation.
• Support traditional labor matters and class or collective actions where required.

I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a well-established Am Law 200 firm looking to strengthen its Chicago Labor & Employment practice. Package

• Base salary between $170,000 and $190,000 DOE.
• Approximately 1,900 annual billable hours.
