You will coordinate CLEs and bar dues, track market data, and collaborate with partners and associates to advance talent development.

The role requires at least two years in a legal development setting and a Bachelor’s degree, with strong writing, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of development or program coordination experience in a legal professional environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with ability to tailor to audience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate annual performance review processes with the Attorney Professional Development Manager.
• Support bonus and compensation processes; track market data for review meetings.
• Help launch and implement the IMPROVE feedback initiative.
• Support curriculum implementation for Leadership Academies.
• Assist with multi-state bar dues renewals and reporting.
• Coordinate CLE programs including attendance, materials, and credits.
• Monitor accreditation rules across jurisdictions for compliance.
• Handle scheduling, invitations and talent development communications.
• Collaborate with Partners, Associates, and Counsel; support department initiatives.
