Job summary

O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Silicon Valley is seeking an Attorney Professional Development Coordinator to help manage the firm’s training and development initiatives for associates and counsel.

You will coordinate performance reviews, support bonus processes, launch the IMPROVE feedback initiative, and collaborate with Partners and Leadership teams to grow our talent programs and ensure high professional standards across the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of development or program coordination experience in a legal professional environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of attorney development procedures.
• Collaborative, resilient, high energy, team player in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual performance review processes for Associates and Counsel.
• Support bonus and compensation processes, including market data tracking.
• Assist with launching IMPROVE feedback initiative.
• Support programming for Leadership Academies for Associates and Counsel.
• Assist with bar dues renewals and related reporting across states.
• Coordinate CLE programs for attorneys and clients with credits tracking.
• Monitor accreditation rules across jurisdictions for compliance.
• Handle scheduling, invitations, reminders, and talent communications.
• Partner with PD team to maintain relationships with Partners, Associates, and Counsel.
• Support firmwide Talent Development projects and initiatives.
