Description: We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Corporate Associate/Attorney specializing in Debt Finance or Fund Formation for a fully remote, global position. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex debt financing transactions (such as venture debt, asset-based lending, and revolving facilities), leading fund formation matters, and advising clients on corporate governance. Eligibility:

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission (NY preferred).
• 5-12+ years of relevant experience in either debt finance (private credit / venture debt) or fund formation at a reputable law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business acumen skills.

Compensation: Up to $500,000 total package (Base pay range: $350,000 - $500,000/yr + monthly deal bonuses and annual performance bonuses). Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) contributions, and tech stipends.
