Ideal candidates have 3+ years of corporate law experience and can navigate securities laws and fund documents in a fully remote setting. Remote work aligns with NY-based operations while supporting clients nationwide.

The firm offers the opportunity to work on high-profile Big Law matters with maximum flexibility. Key Benefits & Compensation:

• Base salary up to $275,000 + Sign-on Bonus
