You will work alongside partners on structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions with meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of corporate and transactional experience in a law firm.
• Experience in M&A, due diligence and drafting/negotiating contracts.
• Active Texas Bar admission or eligibility to sit for Texas Bar.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and transactional matters including M&A, commercial real estate, and financing transactions.
• Conduct transactional due diligence and prepare summaries and issue lists.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, corporate governance documents, and deal documentation.
• Provide general advice and counsel to business clients with regular client communication.
• Work directly with partners on structuring, negotiation, and closing of transactions.

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a well established regional business law firm with broad corporate and real estate capability seeking a junior Corporate Transactional Associate to join its Houston office.

This platform combines a broad business focused practice with direct client access, giving junior associates meaningful responsibility across corporate, M&A, and commercial real estate work. You will work closely with experienced partners on transactions for entrepreneurs and companies, building a credible long term corporate practice with clear progression on a partner track.

The Role

• Support corporate and transactional matters including M&A, commercial real estate, and financing transactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a junior Corporate Transactional Associate with:

• 1 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience from a law firm environment
• Experience in M&A, transactional due diligence, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Active Texas Bar admission or clear eligibility to sit for the Texas Bar
• A bachelors degree and JD from an accredited institution
• Ability to work in the office 5 days per week in the greater Houston area
• Up to $190,000 base salary depending on experience
• Productivity bonuses paid twice a year for billables above 1,500 hours
