Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a Manhattan-based firm, is actively expanding and seeking Attorneys to join our ranks on growth hires across the practice. You will counsel on corporate transactions, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, perform diligence, and advise clients on federal and New York State corporate laws while contributing to a high-caliber, award-winning environment among top practitioners.

This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary up to $200K and a performance-based

Qualifications

• Experience handling corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts).
• Perform diligence on structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on compliance with Federal and New York State corporate laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Provide Counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.
• Assist with Corporate Document Matters: Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and New York State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements
