Stealth Law Firm in New York, NY seeks an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to manage complex business transactions from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will independently lead matters, provide strategic counsel, and serve as a trusted advisor to middle-market entrepreneurs.

You will oversee structuring through closing, draft and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, provide strategic guidance, interface with clients and opposing counsel, conduct due diligence,

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Demonstrated experience handling middle-market business transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters from inception to completion.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
