You will research, draft, and argue cases, represent clients at hearings, and mentor junior staff while upholding the firm’s ethics, client service standards, and community involvement commitments.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and consumer protection statutes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at legal, administrative and other proceedings as assigned.
• Research laws, rulings, and regulations and formulate legal opinions.
• Develop strategy, arguments, and testimony for case presentation.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve routine to complex issues.
• Mentor junior associates and maintain client relationships.
