We Are Legal Revolution, a Houston-based business law boutique, seeks a Senior Attorney/Associate in Commercial Real Estate to join its Houston office on a remote basis. This platform blends commercial real estate, business counseling, and litigation, offering sophisticated work with ownership from day one.

Ideal candidate has at least 4 years CRE experience, Texas bar, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and comfort working remotely with in-office days.

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a well established Houston business law boutique with broad commercial and real estate capability seeking a Senior Attorney / Associate - Law Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its Houston office on a remote basis.

This platform combines commercial real estate, business counseling, and litigation, giving you sophisticated work with hands on responsibility and direct business owner contact. You will work closely with experienced trial and transactional lawyers, gain real ownership of matters from day one, and build a long term practice with genuine progression potential.

The Role

• Manage a busy docket of commercial real estate matters with limited day to day supervision
• Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing and related commercial property work for business clients
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate and commercial agreements with strong commercial judgment
• Advise clients on risk, strategy and practical solutions across their real estate portfolios
• Collaborate closely with partners and contribute to client development and firm growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Senior Attorney / Associate - Law Commercial Real Estate Attorney with:

• At least 4 years of commercial real estate focused legal experience
• Proven ability to independently manage transactions and related real estate projects
• Active bar admission in Texas
• Strong drafting skills and sound commercial judgment developed in a transactional practice
• Comfort working in a remote environment with at least 3 days per week in office
• $140,000 to $180,000 base salary depending on experience
• Reasonable expectations at approximately 125 billable hours per month
