We Are Legal Revolution, a boutique litigation platform in California, seeks a senior attorney to independently manage litigation files from inception to resolution. You will lead motion practice and develop litigation strategy for business-focused clients in complex commercial disputes.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of California business litigation experience with a proven ability to manage matters and draft impactful motions. Employment or entertainment litigation background is a plus.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• $220,000 to $250,000 base salary range.
• Approximately 1,400 annual billable hour requirement.
• Roughly 400 additional contingency-focused production hours.
• 15% origination credit on attorney-generated business.
• 50% medical, dental and vision coverage.
