The Role

• Manage and support a broad range of commercial litigation matters for business focused clients
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with partners and prepare matter plans aligned with client objectives

• Participate in court appearances, depositions, mediations and key client meetings as appropriate

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Commercial Litigation Associate with:

• 4 to 6 years of commercial litigation experience, ideally around the 5th year level
• Proven experience handling complex business disputes and sophisticated motion and discovery work
• Licensed and in good standing in California
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and analytical skills
• Stable employment history and an interest in a long term move from a larger firm to a boutique
• $175,000 to $350,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Billable hours target of 1,850 supporting sustainable productivity expectations
• Fully remote
