Job summary

Hall & Evans, LLC in Utah seeks an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of prior defense experience in Utah, focusing on personal injury and construction defect defense. You will interact with clients, take depositions, attend court appearances, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Utah bar license required and in good standing.
• Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.

Requirements

Attorney - Civil Litigation

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; required
• A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Exceptional research and writing skills;
• Interest in marketing and client development;
• Trial experience preferred; and
• Ability to travel.
