Job summary

Stealth Law Firm, a nationally recognized litigation boutique, seeks an associate to handle complex commercial disputes and high-stakes litigation across the United States. The role involves Delaware Court of Chancery matters, corporate governance, and fiduciary duty claims, with emphasis on research, pleadings, and trial preparation.

Active Delaware Bar admission or eligibility is required, and prior Chancery Court experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Chancery Court or Delaware Court of Chancery experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and business disputes.
• Work on Delaware Court of Chancery matters, including corporate governance, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and related litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and other aspects of litigation proceedings.
• Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and business disputes.
• Work on Delaware Court of Chancery matters, including corporate governance, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and related litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and other aspects of litigation proceedings.
• Assist with case strategy, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.

Experience required:

• Active Delaware Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Delaware.
• Prior Chancery Court or Delaware Court of Chancery experience is required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $230,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
