The Role

• Advise clients on bankruptcy filings, creditor rights, restructurings, and insolvency matters


• Handle bankruptcy litigation, motions, adversary proceedings, and creditor committee work

Compensation

• Base salary $225,000 - $270,000 (DOE)


• Attractive bonus structure (hours-based): $77,500 at 1,850 hours; $20K-60K at 2,000-2,200 hours; up to $120K at 2,500 hours

Location:

Hybrid Flexibility - In-office Tue-Thu (flexible around holidays/client needs); supportive of professional growth
