Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from filing to resolution, including client engagement, pleadings, discovery, motions, and documentation.
• Analyze and prepare cases for litigation by reviewing evidence, assessing liability and damages, and developing trial strategies.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and build trust.
• Review and organize medical records to strengthen case arguments and trial preparation.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct and respond to discovery, take depositions, and prepare expert witnesses for testimony.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with persuasive advocacy.
• Monitor litigation budgets and ensure compliance with firm policies and client agreements.
