Job summary

Majesco is seeking a Contracts Attorney to join its Finance and Legal organization in a remote-first capacity. The primary role is contract review, compliance, and negotiation, focusing on SaaS, license agreements, MSAs, and vendor contracts. The attorney will advise on risk exposure and support M&A diligence.

Required: J.D. degree and active US State Bar membership with at least 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS/IT contracts, drafting, negotiation, and data privacy issues.
